Things definitely move fast in the entertainment world these days and it seems that in absolutely no time books are transformed into movies. This is the case with Ronnie Wood’s new autobiography which is slated to hit the big screens sometime soon. “Ronnie: The Autobiography” has been recently released by St. Martins Press and now Wood is considering selling the film rights. He was quoted as saying, “I think it would make quite an interesting one, actually. They’re all saying, ‘who is gonna play you in your movie?’ That’ll be a challenge.”
It truly will be interesting to see who will be set to play all of the aging rockers. The book itself is a truly amazing read and in film form it should be incredible. There is no word yet the specifics but perhaps it is something that is being construed in people’s heads. Wood also mentioned that there are most likely going to be more books to follow. Great, more dirt on Keith Richards? Read the book before the film is due out, books are generally better anyway. Get Rolling Stones tickets at stubhub.com.
